Holiday Gift Ideas

So it’s that time of year again. Just yesterday I put up the Christmas tree.

One question that a lot of people are asking is, “got any good Christmas gift ideas?” Well, as a matter of fact, yes I do!

For my kids, I bought each a laptop, a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 15.4″ Notebook PC (AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual Core Processor TL-58, 2 GB RAM, 200 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium). These are relatively nice PC’s, and they cost only $730.

Now you may think, “ain’t that a bit much for a Christmas gift?” No, it ain’t. Because if you think about it, what do you really want in a Christmas gift? You want one that keeps giving. And how many Christmas gifts get used every day of the week, 365 days a year? Yup. It’s a bargain. Now, if you really want to be smart, buy them on your credit card, and you’ll get frequent flier miles. And buy them from Amazon.com using your own affiliate link, and you get a percentage back.

Another great Christmas gift is a book. Don’t have any smart friends? Then why not make your dumb friends smart? Say, with a book like Dinesh D’Souza’s What’s So Great About America.
